GRILLED CHICKEN SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS

l1 lbs of raw chicken breast cut into small chunks
Teryaki sauce, no sugar added
Pineapple chunks
1 bell pepper, chopped into chunks
1 red onion, chopped into chunks

IINSTRUCTIONS

Place the chicken in a container, add teriaki sauce and marinate for 30 min
Preheat grill on medium heat
Place the chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper and onion onto a skewer.
Grill the skewers on covered grill for 5 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink
