BEST OVERNIGHT OATS

NEED IDEAS?

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
17 oz Greek yogurt or Fage
2 tbsp almond milk
1/4 cup fresh strawberries
2 tsp maple syrup, honey or stevia.

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a Mason jar. Store in the fridge overnight. 

In the morning, top with strawberry slices, chia or flax seeds and sliced almonds to add some healthy fats.

SWITCH IT UP !

Get creative and avoid boredom by adding differet toppings! Walnuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, almonds, hazelnuts, bananas, blueberries, peaches, etc!
